Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia-wide.

If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment.

Where is Ramp Champ located?

Ramp Champ HQ is based in Victoria however we don't have any physical stores or showrooms. Some products are shipped from our primary warehouse in Mulgrave, Victoria whilst others ship directly from our partner warehouses across Australia.

Are you an authorised dealer?

Yes, we are. Ramp Champ is 100% authorised to sell the products we advertise on our website. This means that you get the full manufacturer warranty when you buy from RampChamp.com.au.

How to order online: Find a product you'd like to buy on our website and click the "Add to Cart" button. Then, simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. If there are any options or upgrades you may have missed, one of our customer service staff members will contact you by email or phone before processing your order.

How to order by phone:  Call us on 1300 913 047. Our expert staff will help you select your product based on your individual requirements. We only stock the best brands and have the most competitive prices to ensure that you'll be completely satisfied with every Ramp Champ purchase you make. If you feel comfortable, go ahead and place your order online.

How to order by email: Send us an email at sales@rampchamp.com.au and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice for your order. Please include the product, any options or upgrades that you might require and your full address for delivery.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Do you offer custom ramps?

Yes, we do. Depending on the type of ramp you’re looking for and the state you’re in, we can offer custom ramps built to your specifications. All we need is a few photos, measurements, and a sketch of what you want made.

What if the product I ordered turns out to be out of stock?

How do I find a product SKU number?

The product SKU number (stock keeping unit) is located on each product page just under the product price. Read our guide for full details.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can change your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 1300 913 047 or by email at support@rampchamp.com.au, and we’ll assist you with your order modifications.

What should I do if I need to order a large quantity of ramps?

For bulk orders, we recommend contacting our sales team directly at sales@rampchamp.com.au or calling us on 1300 913 047. We can discuss your requirements and offer discounts for large orders, depending on the quantity and product type.

Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?

We aim to accommodate special delivery requests whenever possible. If you have a preferred delivery date, please let us know during checkout or contact our support team directly. While we can't guarantee specific dates due to courier schedules, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

At the moment, we do not offer payment plans directly through Ramp Champ. However, we accept a wide range of payment methods, and you may be able to use third-party financing options like PayPal's Pay in 4 or ZipPay to manage your payments.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in Australia. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How do I get a shipping estimate?

Once you’ve found the right product click Add to Cart. From there you’ll be taken to your checkout page where you can add your delivery details. Our website will search for the best prices from our wide range of couriers to find you the best rate for the items in your cart. 

When will my order ship out?

We’re committed to providing you with the best service, which is why we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days unless the item is made-to-order or pre-ordered.

Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can easily monitor your delivery's progress.

How long does the delivery take?

We send all items via registered courier with tracking details so you can see just where your order is at any point in time. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email to confirm your order details. At this point, we recommend you review the order details and contact us immediately if you notice any errors such as an incorrect address.

How are heavy and bulky goods going to be delivered?

If your order is over 25kg or marked as a ‘Bulky Item’, special delivery conditions will apply. You can choose to have your bulky item delivered to a business address, local depot, or your home.

Please note that home deliveries are subject to additional surcharges due to the size and weight of these items. Bulky items are recommended to be sent to a business address or a local depot for pickup.

If off-loading assistance is required and not available at the delivery location, a tailgate truck will be arranged.

The price you see at checkout is final and includes all delivery costs, including any necessary tailgate service, unless otherwise specified.

Any additional fees for arranging a tailgate truck will be invoiced separately after delivery if off-loading assistance is not available.

When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?

After your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders such as our aluminium loading ramps, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to confirm your address and ensure you know when your items are being delivered.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Some items can be picked up directly from us or from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the cart page select "Store Pickup" as an option. Or, contact our team to see if there's a warehouse near you. All pickups are by appointment only. 

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

For safe and reliable delivery, we can only ship to street addresses—not P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you need assistance with delivery arrangements, get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to help!

Will my order be left at my door if I'm not home?

We understand that you may not always be home to receive your delivery.

By default, our couriers will leave your order in a safe spot if you are not available unless you specify otherwise.

If you would prefer to be there to receive and sign for the delivery, you can select this option during checkout.

Please note that if you choose the "Leave Safe" option, Ramp Champ is not liable for any loss or damage once the item has been delivered.

We want your experience to be as seamless as possible, so if you have any specific delivery instructions, feel free to let us know.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email you with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from one of our warehouses to your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use these details to monitor your delivery’s progress online through the courier's website. What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@rampchamp.com.au. We will reach out to the courier and keep you updated on the status of your delivery. In the rare event that your order is lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

How are products packaged for shipping?

All our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Bulky or heavy items may be shipped with additional protective materials, while smaller items are securely wrapped and boxed.

I have a business operating from home, is this considered a commercial delivery?

If you are operating a business from your home your delivery address is still considered a residential address in most cases.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping—no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

How to Request a Return

  • Get an RMA Number – Only returns with an RMA number are processed. :

  • Pack the item securely and take photos before shipping.
  • Use the pre-paid shipping label we provide and send it back.
  • Once received and inspected, you can choose:
  • Store Credit or Exchange – We’ll help find the right product.
  • Refund – Processed within 7 business days, minus the original shipping cost

What is your cancellation policy for made to order or custom made items?

Made-to-order and custom-made items are specially built to your specifications, so once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. This policy follows Australian Consumer Law, which does not cover cancellations due to change of mind or personal preference.

For Yard Ramps, cancellations may be requested within 5 business days of quote acceptance. After this period, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

If a deposit has been paid, 10% of the deposit will be forfeited, with the remaining amount refunded via the original payment method.

To request a cancellation, email sales@rampchamp.com.au with your order number. Our team will assess your request and confirm any applicable fees within 5 business days.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

Please inspect the goods within 3 business days of receipt and report any noticeable faults. Most minor issues can be resolved through consultation with our customer service team.

For major functional issues, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply, and we will assist you in filing a claim for a remedy. The timeline and replacement terms will be determined by the manufacturer. 

You are highly encouraged to review the manufacturer’s warranty terms before placing the order.

What is your warranty policy?

Ramp Champ is an authorised dealer for all the products we carry. This means purchasing from us is similar to purchasing from a large warehouse retailer. The home improvement centre does not do repairs but can assure you that you will receive full manufacturer warranties for everything that you purchase. 

Please check the manufacturer's warranty terms on our website or contact them directly for their specific warranty details. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rampchamp.com.au or call 1300 913 047. We will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no cost to you. Read more in our Returns Policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, with our 100-Day Free Returns policy, eligible products can be returned within 100 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Simply contact us for an RMA number to start the return process.

How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. You can find more details in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty & Product Support

How do I know if a product has a warranty?

All products sold by Ramp Champ come with at least a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty details for each product can be found on the product page under the warranty section or by contacting our support team. Read more about our Warranty Information.

Can you help me with warranty claims for products purchased from other sellers?

Ramp Champ only assists with warranty claims for products purchased directly from us. If you bought your product from another retailer, we recommend contacting that retailer or the manufacturer directly for support. Check out our Warranty Information.

What does "Lifetime Support" mean?

"Lifetime Support" means that we’re here to help you with product advice, troubleshooting, and general assistance for as long as you own the product. Simply reach out to our support team whenever you need guidance or have questions about your product.

The production time for custom ramps varies depending on the specifications and current demand. Generally, custom ramps take between 6-12 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
