We know how crucial it is to find the perfect products for your access needs. To ensure you get the right product for your needs, we proudly offer 100-day Free Returns on eligible products. 

If you need to return your product, we'll organise and cover the return shipping costs across Australia without any restocking fees or hidden costs.

You'll have the option for a store credit, a refund, or an exchange when the returned products meet the return criteria:

  • The products cannot be used, damaged or modified and must be returned in the original packaging materials.
  • Some products, such as almost new, made-to-order, installed, and custom-made products, aren't eligible for return.
  • The 100-Day period begins from the day that your order is delivered or picked up.
  • Only valid for the original purchaser.
  • Only valid for online sales via rampchamp.com.au.
  • Refunds, store credits or item swaps apply only to the cost of the products. Installation fees and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 How to Submit A Return Request

  1. Contact us during business hours to request an RMA number (return authorisation number). Only returns with an RMA number are processed.

  2. Our customer support team will ask you questions about the return and may request photos to support your return request. They will then provide instructions on preparing your return, including how to attach the return label and where to leave it for collection.
  3. Securely pack the item to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend taking photos before and during packaging and shipping.
  4. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected by our team, you'll receive an email confirming that it was received and inspected. If your return is not accepted because it didn't meet the return criteria, we'll contact you to discuss further options.
  5. If you opt for a store credit or wish to exchange your product for another, you’ll receive an email with the credit details and a call to discuss a more suitable product based on your needs.
  6. If you opt for a refund, you'll receive a refund of the product purchase amount less than the original shipping cost within seven working days.

Cancelled Orders 

Once the goods have been shipped out and are with a courier, we can no longer cancel the order. Please accept the delivery and proceed with the standard returns process.

Unopened Packages

Any standard unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 100 days of receiving the goods. Ramp Champ will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the items. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the total product price minus the original shipping cost.

Opened Packages

Any opened packages are still eligible for return within 100 days of receipt of the goods.  If the original packaging is damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, we may be unable to accept your return. Ramp Champ will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the items. A photo of the product and the packaging before it is shipped back is required. Once the return has been received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price minus the original shipping cost.

Products That Can’t Be Returned

  • Made-to-Order products
  • Custom-Made products
  • Almost Perfect products
  • Products that have been installed

Some products, such as open-box, made-to-order, installed, and custom-made products, aren't eligible for return. Please review the product details carefully or contact our team for advice and recommendations.

Damaged Outer Packaging

We require that you take a photo of the damaged outer packaging upon delivery. You may then refuse the acceptance of the delivery or contact us to report the damage on the same day of the receipt of the goods. You are eligible for a free replacement should the product be deemed damaged. 

Suspected Damage

For cases where there are slight damages to the packaging but you suspect that the items might still be intact, please inform the delivery driver and note "Possible Freight Damage" upon acceptance of delivery. Please take a photo and email this to us at support@rampchamp.com.au the same day the goods are delivered. You are eligible for a free replacement should the product be deemed damaged. 

Incorrect Item

If we happen to send you incorrect products, we apologise. Please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your delivery, and we can arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one to you at no cost. The correct item will be shipped as soon as the courier picks up the incorrect item. Opening the package and testing it, more so using the goods, voids any claim for an incorrect item delivered.

Used Products 

Products that have been used aren’t eligible for 100 Day Free Returns. They come with a manufacturer's warranty. 


Made-to-Order & Custom-Made Product Cancellations 

This policy describes the conditions and fees applicable to order cancellations of any Made-to-Order or Custom-Made item, which intends to recover any reasonable costs related to customers cancelling an accepted order.

This policy applies to goods we sell, which come with terms and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  

Any local or national laws prescribe conditions under which customers may cancel orders. Those local or national laws shall prevail. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights to cancel a service but can’t cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was outside the control of the provider or if you:

  • changed your mind
  • insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice
  • failed to explain your needs to the provider clearly.

Definitions:

Made-to-order products: “Made-to-order” products are only made when a customer orders them.

Custom-made products: “Custom-made” items are manufactured individually according to the customer's specifications for sizes and shapes.

Terms and Conditions:

Production time is scheduled according to our order processing guidelines to ensure delivery of the preferred products in the shortest lead time. Therefore, any changes or cancellations of an order made after production has commenced would cause substantial disruption to the production and, as a result, incur costs. We stipulate that having set the terms and conditions detailed here will mitigate a portion of this loss. 

  • Cancellation of any Custom Made or Made to Order item is not allowed once you have accepted the quotation in writing, confirmed the order or paid any amount, full or partial, aside from Yard Ramps (see below).  
  • Yard Ramps are most often made to order with an approximate 6-12-week lead time, which allows us to accept a cancellation request in writing within 5 business days from quote acceptance. Cancellation requests outside these terms will incur a cancellation fee.
  • When a cancellation request is made outside of the terms and conditions set above, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product cost is charged. If the made-to-order product requires a deposit payment, any request for cancellation of the order will forfeit 10% of the deposit, and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the same method the payment was made. 

When Ramp Champ cancels your order after acceptance, we will send you an acceptance confirmation in writing notifying you of the cancellation.

How to Request For Cancellation of a Made Order or a Custom Made Item:

  1. Email us at sales@rampchamp.com.au and provide your Order Number as soon as you find out the need to cancel a Made to Order or Custom Made item. 
  2. Wait for the acknowledgement, including the assessment result for any applicable cancellation fees. 
  3. Receive a confirmed cancellation notice in writing and any applicable refund notice within 5 business days.

The 100-day period starts from the day that your ramp or accessory is delivered or picked up.

If it has been longer than 100 Days and your product is still in the same condition as it was received and has not been removed from the packaging, please contact our team. We may still be able to help you.

Where should I return my order? Can I return a product to your warehouse?

Do not return any items to the original address. Ramp Champ will provide pre-paid return shipping labels. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected by our team, you'll receive an email confirming that it was received and inspected. Refunds are processed within seven working days via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Posting time may vary depending on your financial institution. 

I made the wrong choice. I want to change my order.

It's no problem as long as you meet the return criteria. Follow the instructions above to return your item.

I want to return an item given to me as a gift.

Contact the lovely person who gifted you something so fantastic and, being as gentle as you can, break the bad news to them. They might not understand straight away but eventually, they’ll see that it’s for the best and should help you by completing the return process.

I don't have the original packaging. How can I return my item?

Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. You may have to purchase packing materials from your local storage facility or hardware store. We’ll ask you to provide photos before organising the collection of the items for return to ensure it’s packed safely. Ramp Champ will provide pre-paid shipping labels if your return request is approved. 

I've returned my item. Have you received it?

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected by our team, you'll receive an email confirming that it was received and inspected. Refunds are processed via the same payment method the original purchase was made within seven working days. 

My product arrived faulty. What should I do?

This is a warranty issue. Read the warranty details for the product you suspect is faulty and Contact us immediately.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

My product isn't what I ordered. What should I do?

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as you receive your order. We can arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no cost to you.

My product stopped working as it should. What should I do?

We understand wear and tear may occur on some products. Items that have been abused and misused or that you were made aware of the faults before you bought the product are ineligible for 100-Day Free Returns. The warranty policies of the product will apply. 

What happens if my return isn't accepted?

We apologise for any inconvenience. We hope we have provided you with a satisfactory explanation for the denial of your request and assure you that we’ll do all we can to help find an alternative solution.
