PVI ramps are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Warranty exclusions are improper installation, accidental damage, abuse, overloading, general wear & tear. Any warranty claims do not include transportation costs, its up to the customer for freight costs. See our Refund Policy for further details.
PVI Ramps are registered in Australia with the TGA Therapeutic Goods Administration the ARTG number is 132491 You can search the ARTG data base here.
PVI ramps have not been tested to Australian Standards, there is no requirement to do so. PVI ramps exceed the Australian standards for strength and weight carrying capacity, they do not comply in every aspect, it is not possible to comply in every aspect with a portable ramp.
