If you need to return your product, we'll organise and cover the return shipping costs across Australia without any restocking fees or hidden costs.

You'll have the option for a store credit, a full refund, or an exchange when the returned products meet the return criteria:

•  The products cannot be used, damaged or modified and must be returned in the original packaging materials.
  
•  Some products, such as almost new, made-to-order, installed, and custom-made products, aren't eligible for return.
  
•  The 100-Day period begins from the day that your order is delivered or picked up.
  
•  Only valid for the original purchaser.
  
•  Only valid for online sales via rampchamp.com.au.
  
•  Refunds, store credits or item swaps apply only to the cost of the products. Installation fees and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If there were any options or upgrades that you may have missed, one of our customer service staff members will contact you either by email or phone before we process your order.

How to order by email: Send us an email at sales@rampchamp.com.au and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice for your order. Please include the product, any options or upgrades that you might require and your full address for delivery.

We do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment. 

Yes, we are. Ramp Champ is 100% authorised to sell the products we advertise on our website. This means that you get the full manufacturer warranty when you buy from RampChamp.com.au.

Yes, we do. Depending on what type of ramp you’re looking for and what state you’re located in, we can offer custom ramps that are built to your specifications. All we need is a few photos, measurements and a sketch of what you want to be made. We offer free quotations so you know exactly what your custom ramp will cost before you decide to buy. We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped within 24 hours. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can log in and see when your product is due to arrive.

We send all items via registered courier with tracking details so you can see just where your order is at any point in time. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.
